Your Role: The Heart of Our Clinical Team!As our new Medical Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our elite healthcare team, working hand-in-hand with our distinguished physicians to provide top-tier medical services. Your attention to detail, patient-first mindset, and dedication to service will ensure every member receives the exceptional care they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✨ Assist Our Physicians – Help with patient exams, treatments, and procedures to deliver seamless, top-quality care. 

✨ Prepare & Organize – Set up pristine, fully stocked exam rooms that reflect our commitment to excellence. 

✨ Document with Precision – Accurately record vitals, medical histories, and all necessary info in our EMR system (bonus points if you’re familiar with Athena!). 

✨ Administer Care – Give injections, vaccinations, and medications with the highest level of skill and care. 

✨ Conduct Lab Tests – Perform phlebotomy and basic tests, ensuring proper handling of specimens. 

✨ Guide & Educate – Walk our members through health management practices, procedures, and treatments, keeping them informed and comfortable. 

✨ Coordinate & Follow Up – Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and ensure everything runs smoothly with efficiency and professionalism. 

✨ Maintain Confidentiality – Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy and trust of our valued members.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

✔ Experience – Minimum of 2 years as a Medical Assistant, ideally in a concierge or high-end practice. 

✔ Certifications – Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credentials. 

✔ Tech-Savvy – Experience with EMR systems (Athena experience is a plus!). 

✔ Top-Notch Communication – Stellar interpersonal skills with a focus on providing world-class service. 

✔ Organizational Wizard – Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency. 

✔ Professionalism – Discretion, a polished appearance, and a dedication to providing excellent care in a refined setting.
